Wed Apr 3 10:47:10 PST 2002 — We are currently performing some emergency database maintenance on our public MySQL server. This affects all customer SQL databases as well as access to TWIG, our web based email client. We expect the MySQL server to be back online within 10 minutes. -Kelsey

UPDATE: The emergency maintenance has been completed but did not fix all of the problems that we observed. We will be taking the server down again at midnight to repair the corrupted database. We expect that it will be offline for approximately one half hour. -Kelsey

Mon Apr 1 14:19:41 PST 2002 — Some customers were experiencing authentication errors on the 802.11b Downtown Wireless network. The VPN security software was using an incorrect license file.
