Fri May 2 09:22:02 PDT 2003 — Link errors to San Jose. Our 100 megabit fiber link to San Jose is experiencing errors (again). We are again working with our vendor to resolve the issue. The problem results in poor performance while connecting to destinations outside of our network. -Scott, Nathan, and Matt K.

Fri May 2 00:16:20 PDT 2003 — We experienced another parity error on the line card that had issues last Tuesday. We are swapping the VIP out with a spare that we have on site. This may cause a few minutes of sluggish network performance while we are performing the swap. -Kelsey, Nathan and Zeke.

Thu May 1 10:28:38 PDT 2003 — We are seeing ~1-3% packet loss on our circuit that connects our pop in San Jose to our Santa Rosa Headquarters. The loss is resulting in poor performance to some network destinations. We are currently working with our vendor to resolve the trouble. -Kelsey, Nathan, John and Matt.

Thu May 1 17:06:01 PDT 2003 — Network Maintenance: Tonight, shortly after Midnight, we will be doing coordinated maintenance with a number of our colo customers. At this time we will also be cleaning up some of our own network patching. We do not anticipate any noticeable service interruptions. -Kelsey, Nathan, Zeke, Zach, Jared and Kevan.
