Tonight beginning at 11:59PM PST we will be performing software upgrades to cards serving Fusion users in Santa Rosa, Healdsburg and Petaluma. This only impacts a small portion of the users in each location, and the expected outage is 15-20 minutes per card.

Beginning tonight at midnight I will be performing maintenance on core routing equipment in Palo Alto. Users may notice some routing instability as a result of this maintenance.

Tonight, February 17th, at 11:59pm, we will be replacing a redundant network switch feeding our database and hosting servers. We do not anticipate any interruption to service, but there may be delays as connections are transitioned over.

Tonight beginning at 11:59PM PST we will be performing non-intrusive network maintenance on portions of our network serving our voice network in Santa Rosa. No customer impact is expected from this maintenance, and the maintenance should last about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

We are currently investigating an outage affecting some legacy DSL customers in Northern California.
