Intrusive Network Maintenance – Santa Rosa

2/24/2015 – This maintenance has been postponed. A new MOTD will be posted when this is re-scheduled.

Tomorrow night, 2/25/2015, starting at 11:59PM we will be performing software upgrades of routers serving Fiber DIA customers in Santa Rosa business parks. The expected outage times are approximately 30 minutes.

Router Maintenance

Update(12:30AM): This maintenance is now complete.

Beginning tonight at midnight I will be performing maintenance on core routing equipment in Palo Alto. Users may notice some routing instability as a result of this maintenance.

System Upgrades

Update: All work is complete.

Tonight, February 17th, at 11:59pm, we will be replacing a redundant network switch feeding our database and hosting servers. We do not anticipate any interruption to service, but there may be delays as connections are transitioned over.

Core Routing Equipment Maintenance

Update(2:34AM); This maintenance is now complete.

Beginning tonight at midnight I will be performing maintenance on core routing equipment in Palo Alto and San Jose. No downtime is expected for customers.

Non-Service Impacting Network Maintenance

Tonight beginning at 11:59PM PST we will be performing non-intrusive network maintenance on portions of our network serving our voice network in Santa Rosa. No customer impact is expected from this maintenance, and the maintenance should last about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Legacy DSL Outage – Northern California

Update(10:40AM): All affected customers have been moved off the malfunctioning equipment and should now be online.

We are currently investigating an outage affecting some legacy DSL customers in Northern California.
