Update (1:08AM): Maintenance complete.

Beginning tonight at midnight, we will be performing software upgrades on core network equipment in Northern California. Because traffic is expected to route around the affected equipment, no customer downtime is expected.

Beginning tonight at midnight, we will be performing software upgrades on core network equipment in Northern California. Because traffic is expected to route around the affected equipment, no customer downtime is expected.

Fusion Intrusive Maintenance – San Francisco and Albany

Update – This work was completed last night in the maintenance window.

Beginning tonight at midnight we will be performing maintenance on a small subset of Fusion customers in these areas. Expected downtime is less than 20 minutes while equipment reboots.  The maintenance window will be 4 hours.

Legacy DSL Partial Outage

This morning an access link between our network and our provider began experiencing issues and caused a subset of our legacy DSL customers become affected by an outage.
We are actively working to resolve this outage and restore services as soon as possible.

Update(3:11AM): We believe this maintenance was completely successful. If you are experiencing any trouble with your legacy DSL connection please give our support department a call this morning.

Beginning tonight at midnight we will be performing maintenance on a group of around 1000 legacy DSL customers. This operation should be completed by around 4am tomorrow.

Update – Work was completed within the maintenance window.

Starting tonight at midnight we will be preforming maintenance on a subset of fusion customers in the San Francisco area.  Expected downtime is around 20 minutes as a piece equipment reboots.  The maintenance window for tonight is till 4 am.
