Webmail Maintenance

Tonight (Wednesday, November 8th) at 11:59 PM, Webmail (https://webmail.sonic.net) will be unavailable for a brief time while we install a minor version upgrade.

Maintenance is expected to last 15 to 30 minutes.  No other mail services are affected, and you can use our Webmail Beta application to check your mail during the maintenance.

UPDATE: 12:14 AM.  Maintenance complete.

Legacy DSL Maintenance

Update: This maintenance has been rescheduled for Monday, the 13th starting at 11pm.

Beginning tonight at midnight we will be performing intrusive maintenance on equipment serving legacy DSL customers in the greater bay area. The maintenance window for this operation is 6 hours.

Thursday, 11/7/2017 at 11:59PM, we will be upgrading equipment serving a subset of customers in the San Francisco area.  Expected customer downtime is 15 minutes while the equipment reboots.  The maintenance window will be 5 hours.

Brentwood – Fusion Fiber Intrusive Maintenance

This week,  11/7/2017 through 11/9/2017 starting at 11:59pm, Sonic will be upgrading equipment serving Fusion Fiber customers throughout the Brentwood area.  Expected customer downtime is 15 minutes while the equipment reboots.  The maintenance window will be 5 hours for each night.

Customer Care Closing Early 11/3

Customer Care will be closing at 9:30pm on Friday, November 3rd for our Movie Night, and will re-open Saturday, November 4th at 8:00am.

Our 24×7 network operations team will be on call for our enterprise, dedicated circuit, and co-location customers.
