Phone Switch Maintenance

Starting at 12 am tonight we will be performing maintenance on our phone switch. We do not expect any service impact.

Phone Switch Maintenance

Starting at 12 am tonight we will be doing maintenance on our phone switch. The maintenance should take about 4 hours. We do not expect any call completions issues but commportal will not be accessible for about 15 minutes during the maintenance window.

North Bay Core Router Maintenance

Today starting at 12:00pm, we will be performing maintenance on core routers in a series of POPs, spanning between Richmond, Vallejo, Napa, and Santa Rosa. This work should be non-intrusive to customer traffic.  Estimated maintenance window is 8 hours, and an update will be provided upon completion.

Northern California Telecom Maintenance

Tonight starting at midnight, we will be performing non-intrusive maintenance on equipment in our Northern California telecom network. Maintenance window is 3 hours.

Petaluma Business Park Fiber – Maintenance

Tonight beginning at midnight, a small subset of Business Park Fiber customers in Petaluma may experience a brief interruption in service.  The maintenance window is from 12:00am to 2:00am, with a max interruption of 15 minutes.

San Francisco – Fusion Fiber Connectivity Issue

Over the pass 24 hours we experienced 2 brief intervals of errors towards a piece of equipment serving a small subset of customers in the San Francisco area.  We have identified the faulty equipment and it has been removed from production and we will dispatch for immediate replacement.  The replacement of the equipment will cause no downtime.

SMS/Text service is currently Unavailable

Our SMS/Text service for support is currently down. We expect it to be restored shortly.

UPDATE (09:47): SMS support has been restored. We have identified the source of the issue and have taken steps to avoid future failures. Apologies for any inconvenience this brief outage may have caused.

San Francisco – Fusion Fiber Intrusive Maintenance

Tomorrow night(2/14/18), starting at 11:59PM, a small subset of customers in the San Francisco area will experience a brief service interruption while we perform some maintenance. Expected down time is about 15 minutes while the equipment reboots. The maintenance window will be 2 hours.

Phone Switch Maintenance

We will be performing maintenance to upgrade our phone switch tonight, starting at 12 am and ending at 5 am. Phone service will be down for up to 15 minutes as we migrate traffic off the old equipment to the new equipment.  Also, Commportal will be inaccessible for about 45 minutes during the maintenance window.
