Sonic Support Closing Early 10/14

Our customer care team will be closing at 3pm on Friday, 10/14/2022.

The Consumer Sales department will remain open and available for processing orders. Additionally, the 24×7 network operations team will remain on call for our Enterprise, dedicated circuit and colocated customers.

The customer care team will return Saturday, 10/15 to our regular operating hours, 8am to 10pm.

Wednesday (10/12/22), starting at 11:59PM, a subset of customers in the Oakland area will experience a brief service interruption while we perform some maintenance. The expected down time is about 30 minutes while the equipment upgrades. The maintenance window will be 4 hours.

Enterprise SSE Intrusive Maintenance

Update 10/10/22 12:45AM: Tonight’s maintenance is successfully completed.

Monday, 10/10/22, starting at 11:59 PM, we will be performing maintenance on equipment serving our SSE platform. This maintenanc1e window is 4 hours with expected downtime of 60 minutes.

Santa Rosa Residential Fiber Intrusive Maintenance

update(12:24AM) IPv6 is now enabled.  If you experience any issues please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Wednesday, 10/5/2022 at 11:59 PM we will be enabling native IPv6 support in Santa Rosa for our fiber customers. This will be deployed in a dual-stack configuration that supports the IA-PD standard. Our SmartRG and Eero rental devices are fully compatible and will work in their standard configuration. No customer impact is expected. The maintenance window will be 4 hours.
