Update(12:46AM) Maintenance is now complete.
Thursday 9/28/2023 at 11:59PM we will be conducting intrusive maintenance serving a subset of fiber customers in the Oakland area. Due to the nature of the maintenance we cannot provide estimated downtime. Service is expected to be restored by the end of the 4-hour maintenance window.
Update 3:28 AM maintenance is complete. We did run into some issues and commportal.sonic.net was unreachable for a period of time during the maintenance. This has been resolved and all services are restored.
Sept 27th, 2023, at 12:01 AM we will be performing maintenance on our phone switch. No service interruptions are expected as a result of this maintenance. The window for this maintenance is 5 hours.

Tonight beginning at 10PM PST we will be applying upgrades to multiple systems including our customer shell server. Any downtime to effected systems should be very brief, and we expect to complete the maintenance within 2 hours.
