January 14th, at 12:01 AM we will be performing maintenance on our phone switch. No voice service interruptions are expected as a result of this maintenance. The window for this maintenance is 4 hours.

UPDATE: All maintenance work has completed successfully and has restored voice service to the affected customers. No further impact to voice or data service is expected at this time.
Due to an issue affecting voice on one of our aggregation devices in the Santa Rosa area, we will be conducting emergency maintenance that will involve hardware reboots. Customer data traffic in this area will be briefly impacted.
