Currently we have a small subset of customers in San Rafael. Â We are working with our cable vendor to get services restored. Â We will update when we have more information on the nature of the outage.

update: (12:23pm) There was a cable cut between Petaluma and San Rafael. Â Our cable vendor has cable on the way with replacement Fiber and is working to locate the exact area where the cut is. Â No estimated ETR at this time until they can locate the exact spot of the cut.
update(4:08pm) Our cable vendor is out on site working on the issue but there is still no ETR at this time due to the size of the cut.
update(8:00pm) Another cable is being brought out to the affected area. Â Still no ETR at this time. Â It has been stated that the cause of the cable cut was an electrical fire. Â We will update when we get more information.
update(11:00pm) The cable is in place and the splicing team is about ready to start splicing the 216 count Fiber cable. Â No ETR still but they estimate to have one soon once splicing starts.
update(8:00am) Splicing has gone on all through the night and is still continuing. Â No ETR officially though they expect hopefully to have things starting to come back up around late this afternoon.
update (12:05pm) ETR is now been stated somewhere around 3-4pm PST.
update(3:05pm) One of the Fiber paths has come up. Â Some Customers in San Rafael that where affected should now have service.

This Thursday, June 2, starting at 11:59pm, we will be performing maintenance on core equipment serving our telecom network. Customers may experience a brief period of routing instability while traffic shifts away from the affected equipment.

Beginning tonight at midnight we will be making some core routing changes in the Healdsburg area. Users in the area will notice a short outage while some equipment is rebooted, along with shifts in traffic during this operation. We expect the actual maintenance window to be around 2 hours.
Update (4:00AM): All services have been restored.
At approximately 12:45AM this morning, we experienced an equipment issue causing a subset of Fusion and Flexlink customers in the San Jose area to be without service. We are dispatching a technician to resolve the issue and the ETR is currently 4:00AM.
