The Sonic call center closes early today at 5pm to ring in the New Year. Support returns tomorrow at 8am, Inside Sales and Billing on 1/2/2025 at 8am.

Sonic Call Center Holiday Hours
Sonic Support and Inside Sales will close early on December 24th at 5pm. The Sonic call center will be closed on December 25th to observe the holiday, however our network operations teams will be staffed with on call technicians focusing on urgent hard down scenarios for enterprise users. We return on December 26th at 8am.

Sonic Holiday Schedule
Sonic Support will be closing early at 5pm on Thanksgiving, 11/28. The Network Operations team will be open in a reduced capacity and focusing on urgent and critical issues. Billing and Inside Sales will be closed the entire day. Sonic Support, Inside Sales, and Network Operations return at 8am on 11/29. Billing returns at 8am on Monday, 12/02.

Sonic Support will be closing early at 5pm tomorrow 7/04. The Network Operations team will be open in a reduced capacity and focusing on urgent and critical issues. Billing and Inside Sales will be closed the entire day. All Sonic departments return at 8am on 7/05.
