Brentwood – Fusion Fiber Maintenance

Update: This maintenance completed successfully at 8/25/2020 at 2:15 PM.
Update: Tonight’s maintenance has been delayed until Monday 8/24/2020 at 11:59 PM.
Tomorrow night (8/20/20), starting at 11:59 PM, we will be performing intrusive proactive voice maintenance on equipment serving customers in Brentwood. Customers will experience a telephone service interruption while we perform this work. The expected down time is about 15 minutes while the equipment reboots. The maintenance window will be 4 hours.

Tomorrow night, Aug 12th, starting at 11:59pm, we will be performing maintenance on equipment serving the edge of the Sonic network. No customer impact is expected. This maintenance window is 4 hours.

Northern California – Legacy DSL Maintenance

Update(5:17AM): Maintenance complete

Beginning at 11:59PM on 7/15/20 we will be performing maintenance on legacy DSL customers in northern California. The maintenance window for this operation is 6 hours, but we expect less than 2 hours downtime for affected customers.

San Francisco Jasper Building – Fusion Fiber Intrusive Maintenance

Update 7/13 10:55 – Due to unforeseen circumstances we are postponing this maintenance until tomorrow.

Tonight (7/13) starting at 11:59PM we will be performing maintenance on core routers serving our customers at the Jasper building. Expected customer downtime is 30 minutes. The maintenance window is 4 hours.
