Various Cities – Fusion/FlexLink Intrusive Maintenance

Update (12:55AM) : Maintenance Complete

Beginning tonight, at midnight, we will be performing software upgrades on equipment serving Fusion/FlexLink customers in the following cities. Expected downtime is around 20 minutes.

Fort Bragg, Larkspur, Mill Valley, Napa, San Rafael, Sausalito, Saint Helena, Tiburon, Vallejo, Yountville

Expected downtime is around 20 minutes for this operation.

Fusion Fiber Voice Maintenance – Brentwood and San Francisco Areas

Tonigt, at 11:59pm, we will be performing maintenance on our Fusion Fiber Voice services in the Brentwood and San Francisco areas.  The estimated maintenance window is 2 hours.  Customers may experience a  2-3 minute loss of voice services during the maintenance window.

Tonight at 11:59pm we will preforming equipment upgrades for Fusion Fiber customers in Sebastopol.  Estimated time to complete the maintenance is around 2 hours.  Actual downtime for customers should be 15-20 minutes as the equipment reboots during the maintenance window.
