Beginning tonight at midnight, we will be performing maintenance on equipment serving Fusion and FlexLink customers in the Huntington Park area. Expected downtime is about 15 minutes.

Beginning tonight at midnight, we will be performing emergency maintenance on equipment serving a very small subset of Fusion and FlexLink customers in the Palo Alto area. Expected downtime is less than 15 minutes.

This morning, a small subset of Fusion customers in San Francisco lost voice services due to a complication related to our network maintenance. All services should be restored as of 11:15AM. We apologize for the downtime.

We are currently investigating a service affecting issue with some networking equipment located out of Santa Rosa. Fusion and FlexLink Customers in Santa Rosa may experience connectivity issues. No ETA yet. Keeping this thread posted as status arrives.
