This morning a bug was encountered during last nights maintenance that was causing Fusion Voice to not work. We have made the appropriate changes to fix the issues with certain customers and all voice should be corrected as of 10:45am. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Update(12:50PM): Services to Sebastopol were restored earlier today and services in Fort Bragg have just been restored.
Update(1:30AM): This maintenance is now complete. However, a small portion of customers are currently out of service in Fort Bragg and Sebastopol due to some hardware issues uncovered during the software upgrades tonight. We will be dispatching a technician asap to replace the failed hardware.

Expected downtime for each customer is approximately 30 minutes within the 6-9 window.

Tonight at midnight I will be updating firmware for Grandstream ATA’s affecting FTTN and FlexLink Hosted Voice Customers. This will be a very small downtime. The device will pull its new firware on the hour and load it in +~5 minutes.
