Non-Invasive Power Work

Tonight, June 6th, starting at 11:59 PM, we will be performing power work on a small subset of equipment serving legacy products in one of our San Francisco datacenters. We do not expect any  customer impact from this procedure.

Network Maintenance

Tonight, April 11th, starting at 11:59PM, we will be performing maintenance on some of our backbone infrastructure in the San Jose area. Customers may experience brief routing changes but we do not expect any lasting impact.

Server Maintenance

Update:

All work has been completed as of 1:22am, April 12th.

 

Tonight, April 11th, 2013, at 11:59pm, we will be performing maintenance and updates on several of our servers. All major work should be completed within an hour. Affected services include customer databases, websites, and mail. Customer impact should be minimal.

ATM Maintenance

Tonight, Tuesday April 9th, starting at 11:59 PM, we will be performing maintenance on ATM equipment serving legacy DSL, FRATM, and Biz-T customers. We expect downtime to be less than 10 minutes.

MySQL upgrade tonight

Update: Everything went well and all services should be available.

 

Tonight 2-1-2012 we will be upgrading our database servers. At 11:00 pm we will upgrade our internal MySQL server. This will cause member tools to be unavailable for approximately 5 minutes. Then at 11:59 pm we will upgrade both of our customer MySQL servers. They will be unavailable for use for approximately 5 minutes.

Router Maintenance

Tonight, beginning at 11:59PM, we will be performing minor maintenance on routers that serve Biz-T and FRATM customers in both northern and southern California. Expected downtime is less than 10 minutes.

Database Cluster Maintenance

System Operations will be replacing a failed battery backup unit in one of our customer-facing database servers at 11:00pm PST on Thursday, December 20th, 2012. During this time, MySQL 5.x databases will be unavailable. The work is expected to take no more than 30 minutes.

Legacy DSL Router Maintenance

Tonight, at 11:59 PM, we will be performing maintenance on routers that service legacy DSL customers in the bay area. Downtime is expected to be less than 10 minutes.

Emergency Router Maintenance

Tonight, November 24th at 11:59 PM, we will be performing emergency maintenance on routers that service Fusion and FlexLink customers in a subset of  both San Jose and Los Altos areas. Downtime is expected to be less than 15 minutes.
