There should be no impact to calls that are all ready in progress, but there may be a brief delay when completing a newly dialed call during the maintenance window. Expected completion of the maintenance is 2 hours.

A subset of our Fusion Fiber customers experienced a brief outage today at 4:30pm due to an issue with our equipment serving those customers. The issue was resolved within 5 minutes and service is restored.

There should be no impact from this as the equipment is fully redundant, however it is possible that customers may experience a slight blip in voice quality when the protection switch happens.
