Tonight, April 4, starting at 11:59pm, we will be performing maintenance on equipment serving subsets of Fusion and FlexLink customers in the following areas. Expected downtime is 20 minutes.

Affected areas include Brentwood, Forestville, Pittsburg, Oakley, San Carlos, Clayton, Antioch and Los Angeles

Update(3:16am): Due to a software issue, equipment serving Brentwood and Clayton customers are currently unreachable. We are dispatching to restore connectivity immediately.

Tonight, March 31, starting at 11:59pm, we will be performing a maintenance reload of equipment serving some legacy DSL and Business-T customers in the greater bay area and Los Angeles. Expected downtime is 15 minutes.

Tonight, March 30, starting at 11:59pm, we will be upgrading infrastructure serving Sonoma County ASE aggregation equipment. Expected downtime is 30 minutes.

Tonight, March 21, starting at 11:59PM PST, we will be performing updates on equipment serving Brentwood Fusion Fiber customers. The maintenance window is 2 hours with expected downtime of up to 10 minutes.

Update(1:39am): Maintenance complete

3/18/2016 11:39am – Currently we are experiencing voice issues with Fiber service in San Francisco.  We are working with our vendor to look into the root cause.  Most voice should be back, but some customers may still not be able to make calls.  We will update when we have more information.

Update 12:27pm – Voice is now restored.  There appears to be a software defect and we are working with the vendor to get a fix put in place.

This Thursday both UPS systems that serve our Santa Rosa data center are scheduled to have their annual maintenance performed.  This is a fully scripted event by a trusted vendor and should not affect system availability.  -Sonic Facilities

Update: Dial-Up services are restored at this time.

We are currently experiencing trouble with our dial-up internet access infrastructure and transport. We will update this MOTD with more information as we get it.
