Tonight at 11pm we will be performing updates to several systems; Impacted customer facing services will include mail, member tools, and some database related services. Any interruptions to service should be brief and the maintenance should be completed within 1-2 hours. Thank you.

We are currently experiencing issues with a router that serves Business-T customers causing packet loss and general slow down for the affected customers. We are working on a fix and will update this MOTD with our progress.
We are currently experiencing inbound call routing failures to our hotline. We have isolated the cause and are working to resolve this.

Currently Business Customers on ATT’s ASE Fiber network are experiencing packet loss. We are on the phone with ATT working with them to resolve the issue. We will provide an update once we have more information, thank you.
