707.522.1000 returning all circuits busy

At 9am this morning 707.522.1000 began returning all circuits busy.  We are working with our vendor in order to remedy this issue.  In the mean time please use 1-888-766-4233 as an alternative.  All numbers to reach support directly remain unaffected.

Legacy DSL Outage

This morning, between 3:19AM and 3:26AM, backhaul circuit issues caused brief downtime for Legacy DSL customers in the Salinas and Chico areas. We are investigating the cause of these issues in order to prevent any future occurrences, if possible.

LA Area Maintenance

Tonight, November 26, starting at 11pm, we will be performing maintenance on equipment serving the Los Angeles area. Maintenance should be non-intrusive, however customers may experience connectivity issues lasting less than 2 minutes.

Update: Maintenance window is closed for the night with no customer impact. We will be resuming maintenance tomorrow, November 27, starting at 11pm with the same expected customer impact.

Update: All maintenance completed successfully. Customers may have experienced connectivity issues to a subset of networks for less than 2 minutes.

Power Maintenance

Tonight, beginning at 11:59PM, we will be performing maintenance on equipment that provides power to a portion of our Fusion/FlexLink networking gear in Santa Rosa. We do not expect any customer impact from this operation.

Brief Routing Instability

This afternoon, starting at 2:08pm, a misconfiguration caused brief routing instability in our telecom network. This instability lasted no more than 5 minutes, and traffic is now flowing normally.

Tonight, November 6, starting at 11:30pm, we will be performing maintenance on networking equipment in Santa Rosa. We do not anticipate any customer impact from this work.

Core Router Maintenance

Tonight, October 30, starting at 11:59pm, we will be performing maintenance on some of our core networking equipment. We do not anticipate any customer downtime during this window.

NOC Hotline Down

Due to Hurricane Sandy on the East Coast, calls may not ring though to the Network Operations Hotline. This does not affect calls to Customer Support.

 

Update: We believe that the Network Operations Hotline toll-free service will suffer an extended outage due to Hurricane Sandy. We’ve activated 707-206-4202 as a replacement until the original number is back in service.

Legacy DSL Maintenance

This evening, beginning at 11:59PM, we will be performing maintenance on equipment serving a subset of legacy DSL customers in the Bay Area. Expected downtime is less than 10 minutes for affected customers.
