Our Santa Rosa Datacenter UPS’ will be undergoing their annual preventative maintenance on Thursday May 10th, starting at 10:00 AM. This is a fully scripted event with our vendor and should not result in any service interruptions.
Update:Â This maintenance was postponed and rescheduled to June 6th starting at 10AM.

We are currently experiencing a small outage for a few of our Fusion Fiber customers in San Francisco. Our Engineers are working on the problem but we have no estimated time of repair as of yet.

Our 24×7 network operations team will remain on call for our Enterprise, dedicated circuit and colocated customers.

UPDATE: Certificates deployed.
Do to unexpected issues with the IMAP cluster upgrades we neglected to deploy the new certificates to the old servers,. Unfortunately the certs on the old servers just expired. The new certs are being deployed now. We are sorry for any inconvenience or concern this may have caused you.

Tonight we are implementing an upgrade to our local Phone system (PBX). We do not anticipate any customer impact. This upgrade will allow us to provide better call back assistance and statistics for our incoming customer phone requests. Support should resume at the regular time of 8 am Wednesday morning.
