Tonight, February 17th, at 11:59pm, we will be replacing a redundant network switch feeding our database and hosting servers. We do not anticipate any interruption to service, but there may be delays as connections are transitioned over.

Beginning tonight at midnight I will be performing maintenance on core routing equipment in Palo Alto and San Jose. No downtime is expected for customers.

Tonight beginning at 11:59PM PST we will be performing non-intrusive network maintenance on portions of our network serving our voice network in Santa Rosa. No customer impact is expected from this maintenance, and the maintenance should last about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

We are currently investigating an outage affecting some legacy DSL customers in Northern California.

At ~2:30pm this afternoon our mail cluster began to experience instability due to an applied security update. As of 3 pm the service is back up and running, and users should be able to log in to POP3 and IMAP services.
Grant and SOC
We are currently applying patches and rebooting selected systems that are affected by the GHOST vulnerability announced earlier today (CVE-2015-0235.) Â A few services may be briefly unavailable as the systems handling them are taken care of. Â If you maintain linux systems, be sure to check for and apply any updates to glibc! Â -Kelsey

A portion of legacy dsl customers in Northern California are offline this morning due to an atm port failure in our network. We are working on moving customers off the affected port asap.
