Fusion DSL and FlexLink Mendocino County Outage

Update 9:40PM: All services in Cloverdale have been restored too.

Update 7:20PM: Services out of Mendocino, Ukiah and Fort Brag have been restored back to normal. Cloverdale is still down.

Update 5:00PM: We still don’t have an estimated time of repair, but rest assured that our team is hard at work restoring service.

Today at 1/27/22 3:20PM, we began experiencing network connectivity issues north of Santa Rosa due to a suspected fiber cut. Fusion DSL and Flexlink Ethernet/Long-Range services are affected by this. Services out of Cloverdale are down and services out of Mendocino, Healdsburg, Ukiah, Fort Bragg are in a degraded state. We are working to restore connectivity as quickly as possible and will update as more details become available.

Systems Maintenance

Update: Maintenance complete 11:03 PM PST

Tomorrow, January 19th, beginning at 10PM PST we will be applying upgrades to multiple systems including our customer shell servers and VPN servers.  Any downtime to effected systems is expected to be brief and we hope to conclude the maintenance within 2 hours.

Wednesday, 1/19/2022, starting at 11:59 PM, we will be performing intrusive maintenance affecting Fusion and FlexLink copper customers in Moss Beach and Bishop Ranch. Expected down time within the maintenance window is approximately 30 min. The maintenance window is 4 hours.

Tonight beginning at 10PM PST we will be upgrading software on our customer VPN servers.  The downtime to affected services should be very brief, and clients should reconnect automatically (if configured to do so).  We expect the maintenance to be completed within 1 hour.
