Tuesday – 4/12/2022, beginning at 11:59pm, we will be performing intrusive maintenance affecting Sonic Business Fiber customers in Novato. Expected downtime within the maintenance window is approximately 20 minutes. The maintenance window is 4 hours.

For the month of March Sonic offered our customers free long distance calling to Ukraine, and retroactively reimbursed all calls to Ukraine made in February. We are extending this offer of free long distance calling to Ukraine through the month of April.

Wednesday, April 6th, starting at 2:00AM, we will be performing intrusive maintenance affecting Fusion, Flexlink and Sonic Business Fiber services in St. Helena. Expected downtime within the maintenance window is approximately 30 minutes. The maintenance window is 2 hours.
