Sacramento Area Outage

Update 2:47AM: Service was restored at 12:54AM.

Today at 12:10AM, we began experiencing network connectivity issues to the Sacramento area. We are working to restore connectivity as quickly as possible and will update as more details become available.

System Maintenance in Albany

Tonight at 11:59pm we will be performing intrusive system maintenance on equipment providing Fusion Fiber service to a subset of folks in the Albany area. The maintenance window is 2 hours however we expect downtime to be less than 30 minutes.

Albany Fusion Fiber Outage

Update -  1:08am: Service has been restored.

Update – 11:38pm: Restoring connectivity is taking longer than originally anticipated, and the new estimated time of repair is 2:00am. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Update – 10:33pm: The current estimated time of repair is two hours. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as they become available.

We are currently experiencing an outage impacting a subset of Fusion Fiber customers in Albany. Our network engineers are currently investigating the underlying cause, and are working to restore service as soon as possible. More updates will be provided as they become available.

System Maintenance

Update: Maintenance is complete.

Tonight beginning at 11pm we will be applying upgrades to various systems including our VPN server.  Any down time to effected systems should be brief and we expect to complete the maintenance within 2 hours.

Northern California – Legacy DSL Maintenance

Update(5:17AM): Maintenance complete

Beginning at 11:59PM on 7/15/20 we will be performing maintenance on legacy DSL customers in northern California. The maintenance window for this operation is 6 hours, but we expect less than 2 hours downtime for affected customers.

Southern California Edge Maintenance

Update(9:36pm): This maintenance is being postponed until a later date. A new notice will go out at that time.

Tuesday, July 14th, starting at 11:59pm, we will be making changes to our transit configuration serving our Southern California network. Customers may experience up to 10 minutes of routing instability as BGP across the internet reconverges. This maintenance window is 4 hours.

Monday, July 13, starting at 11:59 PM, we will be performing intrusive maintenance affecting Fusion and FlexLink copper customers in Placentia. Expected down time within the maintenance window is approximately 30 min. The maintenance window is 4 hours.
