Thu Sep 2 19:58:40 PDT 2004 — Internal MySQL Server Issues: The MySQL server that we use internally to track customer support and accounting records is currently offline for repairs. This affects tech support’s ability to access past history as well as disables access to our member tools. All other services should not be affected. The ETR is unknown at this time. Some rather hefty ‘alter tables’ must be executed as some internal MyISAM table limits have unexpectedly been reached. Thu Sep 2 16:25:42 PDT 2004 — Tonight, shortly after Midnight, we will be replacing one of our mail cluster NFS filers with a spare head. It has rebooted twice in the past 10 hours due to uncorrectable ECC errors. The two reboot would have generated delays in checking mail for on quarter of our customers. -Kelsey and Nathan
