Fusion/FlexLink Intrusive Maintenance

This evening, beginning at 12:00AM, we will be performing intrusive maintenance on equipment serving Fusion and FlexLink Ethernet customers served out of the Santa Rosa (SNRSCA01) central office. Expected downtime is less than 15 minutes.

Mail storage upgrades

UPDATE: Upgrades are complete.

Tonight, 12/9/13 at 11:59 PM we will be performing storage upgrades across all mail spools. We do not anticipate any interruption in mail services during this upgrade.

IPv6 Intrusive Network Maintenance

Tonight, December 9th, starting at 11:59pm, we will be performing maintenance on networking equipment serving subscribers who have opted in to our IPv6 tunnel service. Expected downtime is less than 15 minutes.

Update: Maintenance is now complete, actual down time was less than 10 minutes.

Fusion/FlexLink Intrusive Maintenance (Santa Rosa)

Update: 12/4/2013 – 2:15A PST – This maintenance is complete. Downtime for some customers may have been closer to 45 minutes, but all maintenance is complete.

This evening, beginning at 11:59PM, we will be performing intrusive maintenance on equipment serving Fusion and FlexLink customers in Santa Rosa out of the SNRSCA11 central office. Expected downtime is 15-30 minutes for these customers.

Email Delays

Operations has observed that emails from sonic.net customers to sbcglobal.net addresses are currently being refused. We are working with sbcglobal.net and Yahoo to resume delivery of mail.

Update:

Mail resumed delivery to sbcglobal yesterday (Dec 2) around 10:30pm.
