Tuesday, March 10, starting at 11:59pm, we will be performing maintenance on core equipment serving the Burlingame/Brentwood/San Francisco area. No customer impact is expected. This maintenance window is 3 hours.

Tonight, beginning at about 9pm, a vendor of ours will be performing emergency maintenance on outside plant that provides connectivity for our network in the Sacramento and surrounding area for both legacy DSL and Fusion/FlexLink services. They expect the downtime to be around 30 minutes within the 9 hour maintenance window.
Update: Phone Maintenance is now complete, and support will remain open until 10pm.
Update: Maintenance has taken longer than anticipated, and we expect to conclude the maintenance at 9pm, rather than 8pm.
Beginning at 6pm, our call center will be unreachable due to emergency maintenance on our internal voice network. We anticipate downtime from 6pm – 8pm.
