Update: Maintenance has taken longer than anticipated, and we expect to conclude the maintenance at 9pm, rather than 8pm.
Beginning at 6pm, our call center will be unreachable due to emergency maintenance on our internal voice network. We anticipate downtime from 6pm – 8pm.

Our internet and landline are out of service. I was in the middle of a meeting online when the service went out. I have been trying to call for service ever since and it was busy until now when I get a message that your office is closed. POOR SERVICE!!! What if I have an emergency?? There is no one to help?? This SUCKS!! I’m ready to cancel my service.

The call volume to our support hotline made it difficult to reach us, and as with other recent events, this is unprecedented.
