Tuesday, July 14th, starting at 11:59pm, we will be making changes to our transit configuration serving our Southern California network. Customers may experience up to 10 minutes of routing instability as BGP across the internet reconverges. This maintenance window is 4 hours.

Tonight beginning at 11pm we will be applying updates to multiple systems including our custom hosting platform and database servers. In addition to this we will be applying an update to our beta and production vpn servers. Any service impact should be brief and we expect to complete the maintenance within 2 hours.
Tomorrow Mourning 7/7 at 5:00 AM we will performing intrusive upgrades on our faxback server, which provides faxes for our Enterprise customers. Downtime is expected to be about 2 hours.
