12/12/2018 9:40AM – A subset of our Fiber DIA customers are experiencing connectivity issues.  Our team is working with our fiber vendor to restore connectivity as quickly as possible and will update as more details become available. There is currently no ETR.

Update: 9:44AM – Our Fiber vendor believes they have isolated the root cause of this issue and are currently moving to fix connectivity issue.  There is still currently no ETR.

Update: 10:34AM – We believe we’ve been able to resolve all the reported connectivity issues for our Fiber DIA customers. If you believe you’re experiencing any residual connectivity problems on the Fiber DIA platform please notify us at the Sonic Network Operations.  Thank you for your patience.

A small portion of our Flexlink Long Range customers are currently offline in the Sebastopol area. We have dispatched a technician to the CO to troubleshoot this issue. There is no ETR at this time.

Update (8:44pm) Service is now restored.

Tonight beginning at midnight, a small subset of Business Park Fiber customers in Petaluma may experience a brief interruption in service.  The maintenance window is from 12:00am to 2:00am, with a max interruption of 15 minutes.

UPDATE: Maintenance complete

Tonight 11/20/2017 at 11:45 PM, a small subset of customers in the San Francisco area will experience brief service interruption as Fiber crews perform maintenance on a damaged fiber splice.  Expected down time for maintenance is expected to be 1 to 2 hours.
