Sebastopol – Fiber Maintenance

Update 1:00AM – Maintenance successfully completed.  All customer connectivity should be restored.

 

Tomorrow (7/30/19) at 11:59PM, we will be performing upgrades on equipment serving residential and enterprise fiber customers in Sebastopol. Connectivity will be impacted for all customers during the course of this work. Our maintenance window will commence until 4:00AM, but we expect actual customer downtime of less than 30 minutes. An update will be provided on the completion of our work.

Sunset District – Fiber Maintenance

Update(2:00am): Maintenance is successfully completed. All impacted customers should be fully operational.

Connectivity will be impacted for a subset of customers during the course of this work. Our maintenance window will commence until 4:00AM, but we expect actual customer downtime of less than 60 minutes. An update will be provided on the completion of our work.

Brentwood – Emergency Fusion Fiber Maintenance

Update 6:15pm (6/9/19) – As of around 5PM PST, all impacted Brentwood Fusion fiber customers should be fixed.  Please contact our support department if you believe you were part of this outage and are still not online.

 

Update 4:25pm (6/9/19) – We have identified and just successfully tested a fix for the connectivity issue.  We are presently working to ready and deploy it to all impacted Brentwood fiber customers as quickly as possible.

 

Update 9:40am (6/9/19) – We are aware of the small group of Brentwood customers experiencing lack of connectivity and is working as fast as possible to resolve the issue.  Last night’s maintenance was unsuccessful in providing the intended fix, and we are actively perusing alternate means of repair.  We will provide an ETR as soon as we believe it can be accurately given.

 

Tonight at 11:59pm we will be performing intrusive maintenance on a small subset of Fusion fiber customers located in Brentwood.  Actual customer downtime should be less than 60 minutes, but the maintenance window extends for 4 hours.

FlexLink/Fusion DSL Emergency Maintenance (Vallejo)

Maintenance complete.

Tonight (Wednesday 5/8/2019) between 11pm and 4am we will be performing work to our systems affecting a small subset of customers in Vallejo to repair an unexpected consequence of last night’s operation that caused an outage. Expected downtime from this work is 3-5 minutes of network connectivity issues that will resolve automatically.

On Thursday night (5/2/2019) between 12a and 4am we will be performing intrusive network upgrades copper based services for customers in the following areas: San Rafael, Colma. Expected impact is 30-60 minutes per city of connectivity interruptions that will resolve automatically.
