The expected down time is about 20 minutes while the equipment reboots. The maintenance window will be 4 hours.

Fusion Copper Outage Reseda

Update 1:28p: Our technician was able to complete their work on site. At this point all services should be restored.

Update 9:33a: We are still working to restore service. A new completion time will be provided as soon as possible.

Update 7:38a: Technician should be on site and work completed within 2 hours.

Update: 7:34a: We have isolated the issue to failed equipment. A technician is being dispatched to the Reseda central office to perform work. ETA will be posted shortly

We are currently experiencing an outage in the Reseda, CA area affecting copper services. We are currently investigating the cause of the issue and will provide an update shortly.
