San Francisco – Emergency Fusion Fiber Maintenance

Update 5/7/21 2:37AM: This maintenance is now complete.

Tomorrow (5/7/21) morning starting at 2:00AM, we are performing emergency maintenance on hardware serving a subset of Fusion Fiber customers in the San Francisco. The expected down time is approximately 10-30 minutes. The maintenance window is 2 hours. An update will be provided on conclusion of the work.

Palo Alto – Fusion DSL and Flexlink Outage

Update 3:09AM: All services have been restored as of 2:50AM.

Today at  2/10/21 12:27AM, we began experiencing network connectivity issues to Palo Alto. We are working to restore connectivity as quickly as possible and will update as more details become available.

Santa Rosa – Core Maintenance

Update: This work has been cancelled.
Wednesday morning at 2:00AM, we will be performing maintenance on core routing equipment that serves Santa Rosa Enterprise Fiber services. We do not expect this work to cause any customer impact. The maintenance window is open until 4am.

Update: 1:29am: Services have been restored.

Today at 12/29/20 00:58am, we began experiencing network connectivity issues to Santa Rosa Enterprise Fiber services. We are working to restore connectivity as quickly as possible and will update as more details become available.

Northern California Network Edge Maintenance

Update 12:58AM: This maintenance is now complete.

On Nov 5th, starting at 11:59pm, we will be performing maintenance on equipment serving the edge of the Sonic network. Customers may experience moments of routing instability, however, no connectivity interruption is expected. This maintenance window is 4 hours.

Sonic Fiber SSE Outage

Update(5:30AM): Connectivity has been restored to our upstream provider. Fiber DIA SSE services have be restored at this time.

At approximately 10:22 PM a portion of our Fiber DIA SSE customers are without service and hard down. We are investigating and escalating with our upstream provider to restore service.

Update (4:10 AM): Connectivity has been restored to our upstream provider. Fiber DIA SSE services have be restored at this time.

At approximately 10:23 PM a portion of our Fiber DIA SSE customers are without service and hard down. We are investigating and escalating with our upstream provider to restore service. Updates to follow.

Saturday, October 3rd, starting at 01:00 AM, we will be performing intrusive maintenance affecting Sonic Business Fiber services in Santa Rosa. Expected down time within the maintenance window is approximately 30 min. The maintenance window is 4 hours.
