San Francisco – Fiber Intrusive Maintenance

Update 6/23/22 4:33A: This maintenance is now complete.

Thursday (6/23/22), starting at 2:00AM, a subset of customers in the San Francisco area will experience a brief service interruption while we perform some maintenance. The expected down time is about 30 minutes while the equipment upgrades. The maintenance window will be 2 hours.

Windsor Outage

Update 2:03AM: The links towards Windsor have been holding stable and we believe that the issue has been resolved.

Today at 6/15/2022 1:23AM, we began experiencing intermittent network connectivity issues to Windsor. We are working to restore connectivity as quickly as possible and will update as more details become available.

San Francisco – Enterprise Fiber Intrusive Maintenance

Update 5/27/22 5:02AM: This work is now complete.

Update 5/26/22: This maintenance has been canceled and will be rescheduled for 5/27/22, stating at 12:01AM.

On 5/26/22, starting at 12:01 AM, a few enterprise fiber customers in the San Francisco area will experience a brief service interruption while we perform some maintenance. The expected down time is about 30 minutes while the equipment upgrades. The maintenance window will be 2 hours.

Northern California Core Maintenance

Update 3:25 AM: This work is now complete.

Tonight, 4/18/22, starting at 11:59 PM, we will be performing non-intrusive maintenance on core routing equipment in our northern California network.

We do not expect this work to cause any customer impact. The maintenance window is open until 4am.

Tonight, 4/13/22, starting at 11:59 PM, we will be performing non-intrusive maintenance on core routing equipment in our northern California network.

We do not expect this work to cause any customer impact. The maintenance window is open until 4am.

Albany Outage

Update: All voice services have been restored.
Today at 12:33PM 4/10/22, we began experiencing issues with one of our routers in Albany. Data and voice services were affected by this outage. Data services have been restored. Most voice services have been restored but we continue to work on a small subset of customers.
