Update: All voice services have been restored.
Today at 12:33PM 4/10/22, we began experiencing issues with one of our routers in Albany. Data and voice services were affected by this outage. Data services have been restored. Most voice services have been restored but we continue to work on a small subset of customers.

We were impacted by this short outage. I appreciate the way you immediately put a clear status message on the support line. A very different experience than trying to get status information when we experienced (much more frequent) outages with prior internet providers.
