Legacy DSL Intrusive Maintenance – Northern California

Update(3:11AM): We believe this maintenance was completely successful. If you are experiencing any trouble with your legacy DSL connection please give our support department a call this morning.

Beginning tonight at midnight we will be performing maintenance on a group of around 1000 legacy DSL customers. This operation should be completed by around 4am tomorrow.

Sacramento Area – Fusion/FlexLink and Legacy DSL Maintenance

Update(1:50AM): Maintenance complete.

Beginning tonight, at midnight, we will be performing maintenance on equipment that provides transport for all Fusion/FlexLink and legacy DSL services in the Sacramento area. We do not expect any downtime from this operation though users may notice some routing changes.

Legacy DSL Outage – Chico

We are currently experiencing an outage for Legacy DSL services in the Chico area.  We are investigating the issue and will update when more is known.

ATM Maintenance

Tonight, November 7, starting at midnight, we will be performing intrusive maintenance on equipment serving a portion of Legacy DSL and Business-T services. Expected downtime is less than 10 minutes.

Northern California Legacy DSL Maintenance

Update (3:34AM): Maintenance is now complete. Due to some unforeseen complications, a subset of Legacy DSL customers may have experienced service interruptions.

Beginning tonight at midnight we will be performing maintenance on equipment serving legacy DSL customers. The maintenance window is 1 hour, but we do not expect any customer downtime.

San Francisco Bay Area – Legacy DSL Outage

Update (2:21PM): The affected customers should now have service restored.

Today at approximately 1:30PM, we experienced an equipment failure which has caused a subset of Legacy DSL customers in the San Francisco Bay Area to be without internet service. We are currently working on a fix for this issue, and will update as we have more information.

(Northern California) Legacy DSL Outage

Update (1:40AM): The failed hardware has been replaced and any affected customers should now be back online.

A portion of customers on our legacy DSL platform in northern California are currently offline due to what appears to be a hardware failure. We are investigating and will provide an update asap.
