A software version mismatch on equipment doing 6rd translation caused customers using the service to be unable to access the IPv6 internet. The affected services have been restored, and steps have been taken to ensure this does not happen again.

Unforeseen complications from last nights planned maintenance have just been discovered requiring immediate repair. We have just rebooted the impacted hardware with an approximate downtime of 5-10 minutes.
