San Francisco (Richmond District) – Fusion Fiber Intrusive Maintenance

Update(2:33AM): Maintenance is now complete. A small subset of customers may have experienced interruption in voice service during the maintenance.

Beginning tonight at midnight, we will be performing upgrades on equipment serving Fusion Fiber customers in the Richmond District of San Francisco. Expected downtime for this operation is about 5 minutes.

FTTN Non-Intrusive Voice Maintenance

Update(11:02pm) – Maintenance Complete.

Beginning tonight at 11pm I will be upgrading config for all ATA’s for FTTN customers.  This will cause the ATA to be temporarily unavailable as it upgrades for about 5-10 minutes.  The upgrade process will not initiate if you are on a call at that time, so there should not be any dropped calls.  ATA’s check their config every hour so this process should not start until midnight.

Call Statistics Outage

Update: The server is back online.

Our database server which handles call statistics and reporting is currently offline due to an issue during routine maintenance. Until fixed, call records will not available via Member Tools. We are working to bring the server online.

Non-Intrusive Flexlink Hosted Voice Maintenance

Tonight, 11/2/2016 at 7pm we will be updating the equipment that runs Commportal for our Enterprise Flexlink Hosted Voice services.  During this time you will not be able to log into Commportal or access commportal from Member Tools.  This will not impact phone calls.  The maintenance window is 1 hr, expected downtime is 15 minutes.
