This morning at 6:41am Sonic had subset of Fusion customers go down due to potential hardware failure in the LA area. We are dispatching immediately and will update when service has been restored. Estimated ETR is 2 hours.

Fusion FTTN customers located in the South Bay may be experiencing slow speeds. We are currently investigating the issue, but do not yet have an estimated time of repair.
