update: (12:23pm) There was a cable cut between Petaluma and San Rafael.  Our cable vendor has cable on the way with replacement Fiber and is working to locate the exact area where the cut is.  No estimated ETR at this time until they can locate the exact spot of the cut.

update(4:08pm) Our cable vendor is out on site working on the issue but there is still no ETR at this time due to the size of the cut.

update(8:00pm) Another cable is being brought out to the affected area.  Still no ETR at this time.  It has been stated that the cause of the cable cut was an electrical fire.  We will update when we get more information.

update(11:00pm) The cable is in place and the splicing team is about ready to start splicing the 216 count Fiber cable.  No ETR still but they estimate to have one soon once splicing starts.

update(8:00am) Splicing has gone on all through the night and is still continuing.  No ETR officially though they expect hopefully to have things starting to come back up around late this afternoon.

update (12:05pm) ETR is now been stated somewhere around 3-4pm PST.

update(3:05pm) One of the Fiber paths has come up.  Some Customers in San Rafael that where affected should now have service.
