San Francisco – Fusion Voice Outage

This morning, a small subset of Fusion customers in San Francisco lost voice services due to a complication related to our network maintenance. All services should be restored as of 11:15AM. We apologize for the downtime.

San Francisco Fusion Fiber Maintenance

Tonight, March 3 starting at 11:59pm, we will  be performing updates on equipment serving San Francisco Fusion Fiber customers. Maintenance window is 3 hours with expected downtime of up to 10 minutes.

San Francisco Outage Resolved

A small small subset of customers located in San Francisco were without connectivity for some hours this morning. We have isolated the issue and since resolved the outage. We are actively investigating the cause and the functionality of our redundancy to prevent issues in the future.

Sonic.com Website Maintenance

The Sonic.com website will be down for a period of 30 minutes starting at 11pm for updates. Service Prequalification will also be down during this period. We apologize for the inconvenience.

System Maintenance

Update: System maintenance is complete.

Tonight at 11pm we will be performing updates to several systems; Impacted customer facing services will include mail, member tools, and some database related services.  Any interruptions to service should be brief and the maintenance should be completed within 1-2 hours. Thank you.

Sonic Fiber SSE Service Disruption

Sonic customers on our Fiber SSE service are currently experiencing packet loss and latency. Our engineers are actively working with our partner to resolve the issue. This post will be updated as information or resolution is available.
