Tonight, March 3 starting at 11:59pm, we will be performing updates on equipment serving San Francisco Fusion Fiber customers. Maintenance window is 3 hours with expected downtime of up to 10 minutes.

A small small subset of customers located in San Francisco were without connectivity for some hours this morning. We have isolated the issue and since resolved the outage. We are actively investigating the cause and the functionality of our redundancy to prevent issues in the future.
