Inbound Calling Issues

We are currently experiencing inbound calling issues into our network. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Update: 11/19 – 4am: Currently still working on a full resolution. Some customers have been restored.

Update: 3:33pm.  All customers have been restored.

Fusion/FlexLink Maintenance

Tonight, November 18, starting at 11:59pm, we will be performing maintenance on equipment serving Fusion and FlexLink services in eastern Santa Rosa. Expected downtime is less than 25 minutes.

Legacy DSL Maintenance

Tonight, November 18, starting at 11:59pm, we will be performing maintenance on equipment serving a subset of legacy DSL subscribers in northern California. Expected downtime is less than 10 minutes.

Update: Maintenance complete. Due to an equipment issue, a small set of customers was down for up to 18 minutes.

Update (1:15AM): This maintenance is now complete.

Tonight, beginning at 11:59 PM, we will be performing maintenance on equipment serving Fusion and FlexLink customers in the North Bay area, ranging from San Rafael to Fort Bragg. Expected downtime is less than 15 minutes.

Tonight at 11:59 pm we will be pushing updates to servers in our mail cluster. The following services may experience brief interruptions:

  • IMAP/POP3 mail retrieval.
  • SMTP

Any interruption of service will be brief.
