The expected down time is about 15-30 minutes while the equipment upgrades. The maintenance window will be 2 hours.

Our customer care team will be closing at 3pm on Friday, 10/14/2022.
The Consumer Sales department will remain open and available for processing orders. Additionally, the 24×7 network operations team will remain on call for our Enterprise, dedicated circuit and colocated customers.
The customer care team will return Saturday, 10/15 to our regular operating hours, 8am to 10pm.
