Monday (9/19/22), starting at 11:59AM, customers in the Mountain View area will experience a service interruption while we perform some maintenance. The expected down time is about 1 hour while the equipment is replaced. The maintenance window will be 4 hours.
Sonic’s network just experienced a brief service disruption from certain upstream routes. We have identified the cause and have remedied. This was a transient routing issue and we do not expect further impact.

Update(9/16 12:48 AM) During maintenance one of the pieces of equipment serving customers went unreachable. We are dispatching someone to assist with troubleshooting. We will update when we have more info. ETA is roughly 70 mins for someone to get on site.

Tonight, September 7 2022, we will be rebooting several public-facing systems including VPN for updates. Downtime for each system is expected to be no more than a few minutes, and all work should be completed within two hours.
