Albany, Brentwood – Fusion Fiber Intrusive Maintenance

On 2/18/2021 at 11:59PM, we will be performing maintenance on hardware serving Fusion Fiber customers in the Albany area. We expect this work to be non-intrusive to customer traffic. The maintenance window is 4 hours.

Santa Rosa Datacenter Maintenance

Update(5:28AM): This maintenance is complete. Some colo customers experienced a period of routing instability towards a number of network destinations, with the remainder of services unaffected.
Beginning at 2am on Friday, February 19th, we will be making routing adjustments with equipment that is responsible for connecting a majority of our Santa Rosa datacenter to external networks. There will be some customer noticiable network instability over the course of this operation. The maintenance window will be 2 hours.

Berkeley, Oakland, Emeryville – Fusion Fiber Intrusive Maintenance

San Francisco, Sebastopol – Fusion Fiber Intrusive Maintenance

System Maintenance

Update: This maintenance was completed at 8:30pm on 2021.2.11

Tonight, beginning at 6pm, we will be moving the uplink location for our custom hosting cluster.  This work will result in a brief period of downtime as we migrate each host, and we expect the total time to completion will be within 1 hour.

 

San Francisco Mission District – Fusion Fiber Maintenance

Update 3:40am – This maintenance has been completed.  A subset of customers may have experienced connectivity issues from approximately 1-3AM as we diagnosed a router bug triggered by our work. All customers should now be fully operational.

Sacramento Area Fusion/FlexLink Core Maintenance

Update(5:00AM): This maintenance is now complete.

Beginning Friday, February 12 at 2am, we will be performing maintenance on core routing equipment serving Sacramento area Fusion and FlexLink services. Downtime is expected to be minimal due to some routing changes. The maintenance window is open until 4am.

Palo Alto – Fusion DSL and Flexlink Outage

Update 3:09AM: All services have been restored as of 2:50AM.

Today at  2/10/21 12:27AM, we began experiencing network connectivity issues to Palo Alto. We are working to restore connectivity as quickly as possible and will update as more details become available.
