Tonight at 11:59pm we will be performing emergency intrusive maintenance in the Bell area that will impact Fusion and Flexlink services. The expected downtime is 30 minutes. The maintenance window is 2 hours long.

Beginning at 11:59PM on Thursday, May 14th, we will be performing intrusive maintenance on equipment serving a portion of Fusion and FlexLink customers in Healdsburg. The expected downtime is around 15-30 minutes for this operation.

Tomorrow night 5/12/2020 at 11:59 PM for a small subset of customers in Berkeley and San Francisco we will be updating the firmware for Sonic Fiber Small Business optical network terminals. During a 5 hour maintenance window there will be a 2 to 5 minute service interruption while the ONT reboots.

Today at 5/6/20 10:27 PM, we began experiencing network connectivity issues to a subset of enterprise fiber users in Petaluma and Rohnert Park. We are working to restore connectivity as quickly as possible and will update as more details become available.

11:06pm: At this time, it appears as though this outage is only impacting a small subset of customers. Our network engineers are still determining the root cause and will restore service as soon as they are able. Thank you for your patience.
We are currently experiencing a Fusion Fiber outage in Petaluma.
