Fusion Fiber Maintenance – San Francisco

Update (5:40pm) All customers have been restored. If anyone continues to experience issues, please call support.

Update (5:23pm) We have isolated the source of the outage and have restored half of the affected connections and are working to restore the remainder at as quick a pace as possible.

Update (4:32pm) We are investigating connectivity issues for customers previously affected by this maintenance. Details to follow as they become available.

Update(3:42): Emergency maintenance was completed.  Downtime was limited to 30 seconds

Update: Due to technical issues trying to mitigate congestion during peak time we need to move on this now.  We expect downtime to be very minimal, at most a few minutes.

Saturday morning (8/21/21) at 2 AM we will be performing intrusive system maintenance on a small subset of Fusion Fiber customers in the San Francisco area. Data and voice services will be interrupted very briefly. The maintenance window is 1 hour.

Santa Cruz – Emergency Maintenance for Fusion and Flexlink Services

Update(12:13) Maintenance is now complete
Tonight (4/26/20), starting at 11:59 PM, a subset of copper served Fusion and Flexlink customers in the Santa Cruz area will experience a minor service interruption while we perform critical maintenance. The expected downtime is about 30 minutes. The maintenance window will be 2 hours.

Burlingame – Fusion Fiber Maintenance

Update(1:23am) Maintenance is now complete.

Tonight at 11:59PM, we will be performing upgrades on equipment serving residential fiber services in the Sebastopol area. Connectivity will be impacted for all customers during the course of this work. Our maintenance window will commence until 4:00AM, but we expect actual customer downtime of fewer than 15 minutes. An update will be provided on the completion of our work.

Tonight 02/20/2020 at 11:59pm we will be rebooting a device serving a small subset of Fusion and Flexlink customers in the San Francisco area.  The expected downtime is 10 minutes with a maintenance window of 4 hours.

Connectivity will be impacted for all customers during the course of this work. Our maintenance window will commence until 4:00AM, but we expect actual customer downtime of fewer than 15 minutes. San Jose – Emergency Intrusive Maintenance

Update(3:33am) Service is now restored

Update(1:32am) – Expected ETR is 1hour 30 minutes form now.

Update(12:22am) – Due to complications some customers in San Jose lost service.  We are working on restoring equipment.  We will update when we have an ETR

Tonight at 11:59pm we will be performing emergency intrusive maintenance in the San Jose area that will impact Fusion and Flexlink services.  The expected downtime is 15 minutes while equipment reboots.  The maintenance window is 2 hours long.
