Tonight (11/2/2023) starting at 11:59PM we will be performing maintenance on core routers serving our customers at the Jasper building. Expected customer downtime is 60 minutes. The maintenance window is 4 hours.

Wednesday night, July 5th at 11:59 pm we will be updating IPv6 Delegated Prefix Length to /56 in the Oakland area for residential services. This will not interrupt IPv4 internet access, however, your IPv6 addresses will take a hit as they get new bindings. The maintenance window is 2 hours and we expect no disruption to internet access.
