Update – Maintenance postponed to Thursday 7/22/21, starting at 2:00am
Wednesday, 7/21/21, starting at 2:00 AM, we will be performing intrusive maintenance affecting Fusion and FlexLink copper customers in Moraga, Hercules, San Ramon, San Rafael and Tiburon. Expected down time within the maintenance window is approximately 30 min. The maintenance window is 2 hours.

Update – 5:40pm 7/8/21 All repairs have been finished and full service has now been restored.
Update – 4:55pm 7/8/21 Repair crews are continuing to repair and test at this time. Still no ETR for complete repair.
Update – 7:50am 7/8/21 Repair crews have isolated the issue, and work is partially completed. Repair work to continue this morning.
Update – 6:04pm 7/7/21 Repair crews are still working to repair service. Additional help has been engaged to assist with the restoration effort.
Update – 8:55am This is a confirmed fiber cut through our cabling vendor. They are working to repair the damage right now, will update when more information is available. Partial connectivity was restored last night through an emergency link with limited bandwidth. No ETR as of yet.
Today at 5:40pm 7/6/2021, we began experiencing network connectivity issues to Ukiah, Mendocino, and Fort Bragg. We are working to restore connectivity as quickly as possible and will update as more details become available.

Tuesday, 05/13/21, starting at 2:00 AM, we will be performing intrusive maintenance affecting residential and small business Fusion Fiber service in the San Carlos area. Expected telephone and internet access downtime within the maintenance window is approximately 30 min. The maintenance window is 2 hours.
Update:Â 5:10am Equipment replaced and service is restored.
Update 4:30am We are in the process of replacing a failed piece of equipment in Oakland.

Update: 6:30 AM during this maintenance a gateway router failed. A small subset of customers still do not have connectivity. We are currently replacing the failed router and hope to restore connectivity ASAP.
